Commercial credit recovery
Evidence-led recovery of unregulated corporate credit owed by UK limited companies, LLPs and PLCs to banks, specialist lenders and fintechs.
What we recover
- Corporate and business credit card balances.
- Unsecured term loans and working-capital facilities.
- Revolving credit facilities and business overdrafts.
- Arrears, accelerated balances and defaulted repayment arrangements.
How we work with lenders
Accounts are checked on placement for borrower legal type, product classification and regulatory status before any contact is made. We reconstruct the balance from the facility documentation, statements and payment history, so every figure we demand can be explained line by line rather than quoted from a system screen.
Recovery then follows a structured sequence: written demand, telephone engagement with the people who control payment, and, where appropriate, a documented settlement or instalment arrangement within the authority you delegate to us. Borrowers pay the lender directly and we reconcile against your daily recovery file.
Scope and controls
Our commercial credit service is limited to confirmed unregulated corporate credit. Sole traders, small partnerships, consumer or mixed-purpose borrowing, peer-to-peer agreements, contested guarantees, asset repossession and secured enforcement fall outside it and are referred back or to specialist partners.
Interest and charges are claimed only on the basis set out in the finance agreement — not on a late-payment template designed for trade invoices. Every account is worked to the same conduct standards we apply on regulated work: accurate balances, proportionate contact, clear identification, complete call notes and no legal threats without authority.
Reporting
You receive daily activity files and monthly management information covering liquidation rate, days to first payment, right-party contact, promise-kept rate, complaints and cost per pound recovered, with definitions agreed in the contract before placement begins.
Starting with a pilot
New lender relationships typically begin with a controlled late-stage pilot of 25–100 accounts, direct payment to the lender, full call recording and agreed settlement limits. Larger placements follow on measured performance.
